Wellness could show up as items for purchase in your local market or grocery store, activities we perform that helps us strengthen ourselves, mindfulness that provokes deeper thought processes, and lastly even ideas that are formed when we have a need and it calls us to seek for other alternatives. When any of these are seen or explained, you can rest assured the core values are equipped with means to push & lead you into forward thinking in those differing aspects that are again mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual. Rising to seek additional advice on wellness livelihood that can be taken part in such like holistic living, pilates, hand mudras, breath work, yoga, even many many types of detox’s for your body’s production. Most are marketed directly for a particular organ, as a mask for your hair, a refreshing facial. Yes, while hailing from different parts of the planet, you have for example, “Chinese herbal medicine” and its healing properties have been sought after since an undisclosed amount of time. Before shipping and receiving has even been arranged, a blind trust from each wellness participate a.k.a the buyer has freely given permission to getting those products shipped and allow packaging, ingredients and instructions in a unknown language but those boastful results are the prize, so North America puts its money and undying blind trust in its hand.

The way we care for ourselves exhibit positive well being, seen by way of self care through executing daily living activities (DLA’s) like combing your hair, brushing your teeth, or thoroughly bathing and dressing yourself in clean clothing, adding a steamed finish or pressed look to your clothes for a little razzle dazzle. Because these are daily living activities, some people may view them as small, but to others experiencing a state of poor well-being, by way of declining mental or physical, these tasks may be debilitating, causing the person to be incapacitated. Depending on the source of poor state of well being and reason for decline in said persons physical or mental health, executing daily living activities could be attributed to lack of motivation due to a variety of mental disabilities qualifying it as a mental impairment, which may be attributed to going without pharmaceutical derived medicines or lack of sleep.

I am not saying anyone should ever self treat because with seeking different treatments you may just be harming yourself. I will say, personally, currently I host several life disrupting health conditions privately manage. Since I was 19 years old, ALL parts of my well-being has experienced sudden or unexplained loss and addition of my various health conditions and illnesses that I must cope with by accepting they are mostly all invisible illnesses. I will refrain from sharing most of my medical history for now, as I do not want to encourage any readers (subscribers) to replace misunderstood words for its new management for their own health conditions.

I will share, for the last 15 years of my adult life, I have used plenty of natural homeopathic wellness remedies including hair masks and detox for different bodily systems and organs. Every last holistic plant or herb and product produced from naturally derived homeopathic manufacturing and the likes, were researched before obtaining the product AND after applying or ingesting the product. Google will always tell you to consult with your primary care physician before allowing exposure of any kind to holistic remedies even if you seek them out on your own accord.

I learned about holistic wellness methods and natural remedies by way of passed down information from my close relatives, researching this ginormous world-wide-web, by “word of mouth”, sharing snippets of (at the time) debilitating symptoms and receive beneficial information regarding wellness, witnessing changes in others state of well-being or illness or acute diagnosis.
